What happens when I request an invitation?
Complete the invitation form with your project, audience size and email provider. Your request is emailed directly to Envision. We review the fit, agree your plan, and send a personal invitation. Requesting access does not activate a subscription or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Can I use any email account?
The pilot supports approved SMTP providers with TLS. We review your provider and sender ownership before you send. Provider limits, warmup and sender-health checks still apply. Only use contacts you are entitled to email; purchased and scraped lists are not accepted.
Does a bigger contact list cost more?
No. Every plan supports up to 1,000,000 unique email contacts across your lists, with no per-contact fees. This is a storage limit, not a monthly send allowance. Send allowances follow UTC calendar months and include test emails. Attempts with an unknown outcome remain reserved for review. Team adds capacity, not shared logins or team collaboration. AI and translation usage limits are confirmed during invitation review before you subscribe.
