Invitation-only pilot

Pro pilot user manual

One login per account, your own approved sender and manual invoicing. Team is a capacity plan; shared access and team collaboration are not included.

Access and billing

New to FanMailer Pro? Complete the invitation request form. It emails your project details to christian@envisiontech.dev for personal review. This does not create an account, activate a subscription or sign you up for marketing emails. Staging never sends these requests.

  1. Open your personal invitation and sign in using its email address and the one-time login code.
  2. Review your plan and monthly price, then accept the pilot terms. For a lost or expired link, ask the administrator for a replacement. Earlier links will stop working.
  3. The administrator activates your account and sets its validity end date after the billing review. Acceptance alone does not enable setup or sending.

Your account shows your plan, status and expiry in UTC. Invoices, plan changes and extensions are handled by the administrator. There is no automatic subscription checkout. SMTP provider charges are separate.

Set up your sender

  1. Once your account is active, open E-Mail Settings and configure your own SMTP sender with TLS.
  2. Provide the administrator with evidence that you own the mailbox or domain and that your provider permits the intended mail.
  3. Wait for manual approval and complete your sender footer. Changes to sender settings require another review.

Sending requires an enabled pilot, an active account with an accepted invitation and valid end date, an approved active sender, and available allowance. Provider, warmup, sender-health and suppression checks also apply. Approval is not a delivery guarantee.

Add your contacts

No per-contact fees. All plans have the same storage limit of 1,000,000 unique email contacts across your lists. Monthly send allowances and sender profiles vary by plan. Changes of plan are handled by the administrator.

Check your contact allowance on the account page, then import contacts and select the audience in Set Receivers. Use only contacts you are entitled to email. Purchased or scraped lists and unsolicited bulk email are not accepted. Keep unsubscribes and bounce suppression in place.

Review email addresses and recipient languages before preparing a mailing. Customer onboarding requires a personal offer and approved Pro terms and data processing documents. An invitation request alone does not enable customer access or sending.

Prepare and send a mailing

  1. Prepare your template, check its subject, links and footer, and select the intended sender and audience.
  2. Review the source-language message as well as any translations. When a message is queued, its content is saved for that sending. If translation is unavailable at that point, the source-language version is used.
  3. Open Send Mailing, review the recipients and send or schedule the mailing. Follow its progress in Check Sending.

If sending is blocked, check your account status, expiry, sender approval and remaining allowance first. Do not create duplicate sendings to bypass a block.

MaxDelivery warmup and sender-health checks help control sending pace; they do not guarantee inbox placement. Auto-Translate prepares recipient-language versions for review. The AI template wizard can generate and refine drafts when AI access is configured. AI and translation usage limits are confirmed during invitation review before subscribing. Blog-to-newsletter integration is planned for Pro and is not included in this pilot.

Read usage and delivery outcomes

The monthly allowance follows the UTC calendar month and includes test emails. Accepted messages and attempts with an unknown outcome count as used or reserved. Prepared attempts are shown separately.

Accepted does not confirm inbox delivery. Unknown attempts remain reserved: ask the administrator to check the provider records before resending. A new month does not resolve an unknown outcome, and changing account status does not clear it.

Staging does not send email

No messages are sent in staging, including login codes, test emails and campaigns. Ask the administrator for the designated test sign-in. Staging activity is not proof of delivery to a real mailbox.
