Privacy & provider
Version: 9 September 2026. This notice covers the public FanMailer Pro website and invitation requests. Customer accounts and newsletter processing require separate terms and data processing information before activation.
Who is responsible?
Envision Finance Technologies AG, Ahornweg 23, 6405 Immensee, Switzerland, UID CHE-332.959.121, operates FanMailer Pro. Contact: christian@envisiontech.dev. FanMailer Pro is an Envision product; requesting access does not make you a SPOZZ member.
Information we use
We use your name, email address, business or project, audience size, email provider and optional message to assess and answer your request. Required fields are needed for this assessment. Do not include passwords, recipient lists, sensitive personal information or confidential client material.
Your request is emailed to christian@envisiontech.dev using our system mailbox fanmailerpro@envisiontech.dev. The form does not create an account, start a paid subscription or enrol you in marketing emails. Access remains subject to personal review and agreement.
Technical processing includes your IP address, request time, browser and connection information in server and security records. The form uses keyed, pseudonymous IP identifiers and timestamps to limit abuse; these are not anonymous data.
Cookies and external services
Necessary session cookies protect forms and support login. With your permission, Envision uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-MTTBZ6TKBT) to measure visits to FanMailer Pro pages. The Google script loads only after you allow analytics. Page URLs are sent without query parameters, and advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Google receives technical connection information, including your IP address. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can refuse analytics or withdraw permission through “Privacy settings” on any of these pages. Following links to member login, the separate SPOZZ service or other websites takes you outside this public request flow.
Hosting and system email are provided by Hostpoint AG, Neue Jonastrasse 60, 8640 Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland. Authorised Envision personnel and service providers receive access only as needed for operating the website, responding to requests and maintaining security. Your own email provider also processes our reply according to its terms, potentially outside Switzerland. This notice does not promise exclusively Swiss processing of all email communications.

Purpose and retention
Swiss data protection law applies. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the service, and applicable legal obligations. Information is not sold or added to a marketing list through this form.
We retain correspondence for handling the request and necessary follow-up, and security records for preventing and investigating misuse. Data should no longer be retained once these purposes cease, unless legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require it. A subsequent contract has its own retention requirements. Contact us to request deletion or information about records relating to you.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Legal obligations and third-party rights can limit these rights. We may request proportionate proof of identity.
